COOKING CLASS Mushroom, Greens, & Asparagus Pasta: 10:30-11AM
New Market Chef Beth Jones is cooking fresh asparagus, seasonal mushrooms, and spring greens this Saturday. Learn how to cook these local vegetables and make a simple wine sauce for pasta at our free 30-minute cooking class located in the train shed patio.

The City of Minneapolis will be stationed inside the train shed near the Mill City Cooks Kitchen answering all your questions and signing residents up for organics recycling!
