Learn to make the most of your Farmers Market shopping experience with suggestions and recipes that inspire simple, modern and healthy meals following an ingredients-first philosophy. Join seasoned cook and food writer Beth Dooley as she celebrates the publication of her new book, “Minnesota’s Bounty: The Farmers Market Cookbook,” with cooking demonstrations in the museum’s Baking Lab. After each demonstration, Dooley and photographer Mette Nielsen, will be available to sign copies of the book. There will also be a book signing from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Mill City Farmers Market.
