Location: The Depot, 225 Third Avenue South

WineFest No. 18: A Toast to Children’s Health! promises to be all this and more, just like the children and families it’s celebrating. Join us for this unique two-day event featuring Vibrant Rioja’s award-winning wines from Spain’s famous Rioja region, gourmet fare, irresistible auction lots, and lively entertainment. Proceeds benefit the renowned University of Minnesota Amplatz Children’s Hospital, which proudly claims many world firsts in pediatric medicine.

Friday, May 10:
 
Wine Symposium
5:15 to 6:30 p.m. – Program begins promptly at 5:30 p.m.
Tickets: $100 ($55 tax-deductible)

Kick off the weekend at the Wine Symposium, featuring an educational seminar and tasting led by DOCa Rioja Brand Ambassador and Vibrant Rioja Trade Director Ana Fabiano, along with a panel of Rioja experts moderated by K-TWIN radio's Brian "BT" Turner. Fabiano and the Rioja panelists will discuss the Rioja region and its unique historic spirit, grape varieties, and the quality of their world-class wines. Guests will also enjoy gourmet fare from Tria and Manny's Steakhouse.
 
Grand Tasting
6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Tickets: $85, $100 at the door ($55 tax-deductible)
 
Savor signature menu selections from acclaimed restaurants, sample from more than 400 wines, including many remarkable Riojas, and bid on sought after auction items at the Grand Tasting. The evening will be hosted by myTalk107 radio's Jason, Alexis, and Marley.
 
Join us for all events! Your discounted admission is $150. ($75 tax-deductible). Business attire on Friday. WineFest attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

Saturday, May 11:

5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Tickets: $500, includes the Fine Wine Dinner ($350 tax-deductible)
 
Start this incredible evening with an exclusive Rioja tasting featuring select Rioja Reserva wines and mingle with WineFest honorary winemasters and sponsors, community leaders, and VIPs.
 
Fine Rioja Wine Dinner
6 p.m. to Midnight
Tickets: $300, ($200 tax-deductible)
 
Enjoy our sparkling reception and silent auction, plus our one-of-a-kind Fine Wine Bar, featuring sought-after and cult wines. Guests will also enjoy a multi-course, chef-driven menu with specially selected Rioja wine pairings. This glamorous event, hosted by Cities 97 radio personalities Brian Oake and Keri Noble, will have fabulous entertainment and celebrate our Champions of Children: Aerotek, Transportation Club of Minneapolis and St. Paul, and Natalie Bushaw.

Black tie on Saturday. Valet parking available. WineFest attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
