On Tuesday March 3rd, Chef Yia Vang and and Alma Executive Chef Lucas Rosenbrook will be filling our private dining tables with a generous family style meal inspired by Hmong flavors, seasonality and the changing landscape of American cuisine.

Yia will be promoting his Kickstarter to launch his new restaurant Vinai, slated to open later in 2020, a concept with an emphasis on sharing & genuine hospitality.
