Happy Hour With a Preservationist: The Copham Apartments and the ElseWarehouse Apartments

Our March Happy Hour will include not one, but two, great historic properties on North Washington Avenue.

The Copham Apartments and the ElseWarehouse Apartments sit on a stretch of Washington Avenue that has rapidly changed from industrial to a mixture of residential and commercial uses. We will tour both buildings since they are only a block apart, and hear from members of the project team about the challenges and successes of the historic rehabilitation process.

After the tours, you can grab a drink or a bite to eat at some of the hottest new restaurants in the city: the Smack Shack (in the Copham) or Borough and Parlour (ElseWarehouse). See you there!
