Miller Lite Free Rides on March 17

Have good taste and get a free ride on Metro Transit for St. Patrick's Day – Tuesday, March 17.

Customers can ride free from 6 to 11 p.m. on all Metro Transit routes – buses, METRO lines and Northstar. Simply hop on and take a seat for free. To address issues related to COVID-19, Metro Transit is suspending nightly service between 11 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. beginning Tuesday, March 17. Learn more.

Know that Metro Transit takes seriously the guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We're encouraging customers to use transit only for essential travel and to promote health by washing hands, coughing/sneezing into a tissue or sleeve, and staying home if sick. Read more about Metro Transit’s response to COVID-19.

Free rides will also be available on Minnesota Valley Transit Authority and Anoka County Traveler routes.

Miller Lite Free Rides is a community service program in partnership with Metro Transit and Miller Lite.
