Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Location: Alliance Française Mpls/St Paul, 113 1st St N

An Evening of Vietnamese Cuisine

Vietnam food culture is formed in the natural lifestyle. It is not just a feature of material culture, but also of spirituality. Through the features of cuisine, people’s qualification and dignities, etiquettes and customs in food will be reflected.

Despite being influenced by food from all around the world, Vietnamese cuisine has kept its unique identity. Come join us for a traditional Vietnamese home meal in the the Grande Salle followed by a tea ceremony and a discussion led by Hieu Tu.

Admission:

$20 AF members and $25 for General Public.
