March 17, 2013, Sunday - St. Patrick's Day Tent Party at Keegan's Irish Pub

Time: 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Location: Keegan’s Irish Pub, 16 University Avenue NE

St. Patrick’s Day Festivities Saturday and Sunday, March 16 and 17

St. Patrick's Day falls on Sunday, March 17, so Keegan’s will have their tent party on both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday, March 16, is the official day for the parades. The Minnesota Police Pipe Band will make their annual visit to the pub at about 4:45 pm. Keegan’s big tent will open at 4 pm, and Four Pints Shy will play from 7 to 10.

Sunday, March 17, is the actual St. Patrick's Day. The tent will open at 4 pm, and Erin Rogue will play from 6 to 10. The pub will open both days at 9 am for breakfast. Spontaneous visits from the Guinness Girls can be expected any time during the weekend. They love to hand out beads and other trinkets and samples of that special beer.
