March 15, 2015, Sunday - March Slow Flow Somayoga at Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery

Time: 9:45am - 11:00am

Location: Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery, 1430 Washington Avenue South

Join us for a Slow Flow Therapeutic Yoga class at Town Hall Brewery on Sunday March 15th. Increase your mobility, stability, strength and function while increasing your awareness of mind and body! Complimentary award winning house beer after class to quench your thirst! Bring your own mat, water and small blanket/beach towel. Cost is $15. Town Hall will be open for lunch after class, stay and have a bite to eat!
