"Radhe Radhe" depicts the Bhakti-steeped love of Indian Goddess, Radha, who stands as the epitome of devotion to the Supreme, and whose Love for her Lord is held in high esteem even today by millions around the world. This classical dance ballet weaves an English narrative with the enthralling musical compositions of one of India's Spiritual Masters, His Holiness Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji to enunciate Radha's love. The production transports the audience to Vrindavan to experience Radha in Her Bhakti and love-filled ecastasy.
Priya Murali, founder of Flute 'n Feather Dance Company, based out of Minneapolis is the artistic director and rehearsal coordinator for "Radhe Radhe".
Surabi Veeraraghavan, based out of Houston, TX, is the choreographer and principal dancer of "Radhe Radhe".
The proceeds from this event are being donated to health clinics in India for the underpriviledged and economically backward as well as local charities in Minneapolis.
