I Love Her

Presented by Kaleena Miller Dance, June 7-10

A new tap dance work featuring music by JT Bates.

About the artists:
Kaleena Miller Dance's work is rooted in American Tap Dance - promoting the form, expanding its creative possibilities, and creating opportunities for Minnesota-based tap dancers. Although a relative newcomer to the vibrant Twin Cities percussive dance scene, Kaleena Miller Dance (KMD) have quickly made a name for themselves, performing at the Twin Cities Tap Festival, TEDxMinneapolis, The Cowles Center Gala, ASI's Cocktails at the Castle, and Barbette's Bastille Day Block Party.

In addition to directing KMD, Kaleena Miller is co-director of the Twin Cities Tap Festival. She is also founding member of Rhythmic Circus, and toured extensively with the group from 2009-2017. Kaleena is a 2015 McKnight Dance Fellow and was named one of DANCE Magazine's "25 to Watch" in 2016.

Performances:

Friday, June 8 at 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, June 9 at 7:30 p.m.
