Tickets 

Chefs Brian Crouch and Andrew Ernst of Red Stag Supperclub have crafted a 3-course dinner for $55 per person (plus tax and gratuity), served alongside Brooklyn Brewery pairings, showcasing their creativity with an all meat-free meal featuring The Herbivorous Butcher products.

Courses include:
First Course
Grilled Peach, romaine, red onions, basil, mozzarella (vegan), balsamic

Second Course
Korean Short Rib (vegan), carrot potsticker, umami mushroom broth, bok choy
