Time: 6:30pm

We're excited that Beth Shaw, the founder of YogaFit, will be at YogaFit Northeast Minneapolis for a private class followed by a book signing of YOGALEAN, her latest best-selling book. The class is limited to the first 40 people to arrive. No limit to attendees for the book signing. All are welcome to practice with us! This is free to all members, and we will be collecting cash or food donations for a local food shelf from non-members.
