June 24, 2015, Wednesday - NIEBNA Annual Meeting at De La Salle High School

Time: 6:30pm

Location: Casanova Room, De La Salle High School (on Nicollet Island)

Nicollet Island East Bank Neighborhood Association

Agenda: See Website

The NIEBNA Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 24 at 6:30 pm at DeLaSalle High School in the Casanova Room (2nd Floor), accessible by stairs and by elevator.  There will also be a regular meeting of the Board of Directors at that time.

The business at the Annual Meeting of members will include:

  1. Consideration of a Bylaw change that would provide for 3 year terms for directors, with approximately 1/3 being elected each year.  Our Bylaws are online at here.
  2. Election of the Board of Directors (if the Bylaw change above passes, elected Directors will have a one, two or three year term, determined by lot).

NOTE: A detailed agenda for the Annual Meeting and the regular Board Meeting is being compiled and will be online a week before the meeting.
