At the Market this Saturday, you will find snap peas, Hakurei turnips, radishes, spinach, spring salad mixes, arugula, spring onions, green garlic, head lettuce herbs, wild greens, sorrel, asparagus, kale, Swiss chard, rhubarb, WI high tunnel-grown heirloom tomatoes, broccoli raab and green beans, and garlic scapes!

Mill City Cooks, 10:00am:
Chef Nick Schneider will be making Banh mi sandwiches in the kitchen today with Vietnamese grilled lemongrass pork and daikon and carrot pickle.
