June 16, 2012, Saturday - Neighborhood Bicycle Tours: BF Nelson Park

Time: 10:00am

Location:  Meet at Main St NE and Fifth Avenue NE (BF Nelson Park)

Do you want to get out and ride, but you don't feel comfortable sharing the road with cars? This class will teach you about finding a route, planning trips and riding safely and comfortably with traffic. We will ride some of Minneapolis' great bikeways and make stops at bike-friendly businesses. All rides are easy-paced and led by bicycle instructors. Free, and no registration is necessary. Just show up! Helmets are encouraged. Bicycles, helmets and lights are available on request.

In case of severe weather, rides and clinics will be cancelled. Events will otherwise take place rain or shine.
