Boom Days 2019 at Boom Island Brewing

Join us at Boom Island Brewing's Taproom for our annual three-day event: Boom Days 2019!

Cuvée de Boom is an 11% ABV oak aged, unhopped and consists of a hybrid of Belgian blond ale and Pinot Grigio. The beer undergoes a parallel fermentation with both an ale strain and a Champagne yeast strain. It will age beautifully in its corked and caged 750ml bottle. Bottles will be made available to the public, but will only be sold on site during Boom Days while supplies last.
