Today at Mill City Farmers Market:  IMMIGRANT FARMER DAY

WHAT'S IN SEASON:
Asparagus, arugula, baby beets, baby bok choi, baby kale, cabbage, carrots, cilantro, garlic scapes!, hakurei salad turnips, herbs, kale, lettuce (red and green romaine, butter, little gem), mint, mushrooms, mustard greens, nettles, oregano, pac choi, parsnips, radishes (red and french breakfast), rhubarb, oregano, spring onions, salad mix, snap peas, spinach, strawberries, Swiss chard, thyme, and the last of the vegetable and herb seedlings for the garden!

Mill City Cooks 10:30-11AM
Market Chef Nettie Colón is cooking a delicious Wild Run Cod dinner in the Mill City Cooks Kitchen. This is the last week Wild Run Cod will be available at the market until August--Matt and his crew are gone fishin' in Alaska! Watch the show at our free 30-minute cooking class located in the train shed patio.

KIDS ACTIVITIES
•Power of Produce (PoP): A seasonal vegetable tasting club for kids ages 5-12, located at the Info Booth tent
Oliver H. Kelley Farm will be joining us! Little market shoppers and adults alike can experience life on a historic 1890's farm when heritage variety sheep and hens come to the market every secondSaturday!

Yoga at the Market is back! We at MCFM believe that a healthy lifestyle is more than just eating your veggies! Get active with instructors from YogaFit Studios Northeast every second Saturday June-September for a donation-based outdoor yoga class! Class begins at 9am in the lawn over-looking the Mighty Mississipi River across the street from the Guthrie Stairs.
