Time: 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Location: Ole Olson Park, 2325 West River Road

Mississippi River Boat Ballet

Patrick Scully is organizing the Boat Ballet, assisted by Kalen Keir

Patrick Scully is a fiscal year 2015 recipient of an Artist Initiative grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board. This activity is make possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.

This is Patrick's second Boat ballet. The first was in Potsdam Germany, on the Havel River in 2010, presented as the opening event of fabrik/Potsdam's 20th Annual International Dance Festival.

Anyone interested in being part of the boat ballet is encouraged to sign up above under tickets, you may also contact Patrick Scully at patrick@patrickscully.org  You do not need to have a boat to participate. We have a range of boats for which we are looking for people to paddle. You can see a video of an earlier Boat Ballet choreographed by Patrick at http://www.patrickscully.org/touring/#section-works.
