The 4th Annual Sake Series - Sake 101

If you have ever wondered how to read sake labels or how to select one to your liking, this is your opportunity to learn all about sake from an expert. Eric Swanson has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the world of sake in Japan, the United States, and internationally, and he is happy to share a bit of what he knows!

Come and learn how sake is made, what type of rice is used, and how to select sake. Not only can you have all of your questions about sake answered, but after the special presentation “Sake 101″ you can also taste a variety of sake carefully selected and presented by Eric Swanson from Wirtz Beverage, Toshi Kojima from SakeStory, and a representative from Joto Sake.
