July 21, 2019, Sunday - Minneapolis Sister Cities Day Celebration at Nicollet Island Pavilion

Sister Cities Day

Come be part of this annual event where Minneapolis will celebrate over 40 years of being part of the Sister Cities program. Join organizers to celebrate all 12 of the Minneapolis Sister Cities with a free ice cream social and gathering. This family event features multi-cultural entertainment, children’s activities, ice cream and refreshments. The event highlights all of Minneapolis’ International Sister Cities, with remarks and a special spotlight this year on the 10th anniversary of our Sister City relationship with Najaf, Iraq.
