At the Market this Saturday, you will find: green beans, lots of berries! BLUEBERRIES, strawberries, sour cherries, red, black, white, red, and pink champagne currants, raspberries, gooseberries, herbs, arugula, kale, Swiss chard, head lettuce varietals, spinach, kohlrabi, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, zucchini, summer squash, fresh mushrooms, black caps, baby bok choi, cilantro, mint, carrots, rhubarb, red and golden beets, cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, spring greens salad mix, spring onions, radishes, cucumbers, turnips, and more!
Mill City Cooks, 10 am:
Chef Heather Hartman will be joined by Supenn Harrison of Sawatdee, who will be making Thai Style Fried Rice. Supenn will also have copies of her cookbook on hand.

Community Booth, all day:
The Big River Farms Program of Minnesota Food Association (MFA) operates an immigrant and minority farmer training program together with a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) and wholesale distribution service. MFA provides farmers with the skills and knowledge to operate their own viable organic and sustainable vegetable farms, while providing fresh, organic produce to local consumers by the farmers-in-training.
