Blount is the author of 22 previous books, covering subjects from the Pittsburgh Steelers to Robert E. Lee to what dogs are thinking. A regular panelist on NPR’s “Wait, Wait... Don’t Tell Me“ and a member of the American Heritage Dictionary Usage Panel, his "Alphabetter Juice" is a sequel to his wildly popular "Alphabet Juice,” which uses his signature wordplay, insightful humor and linguistic skill to further explore the literality and physicality of language.
