Chefs for Change: A Chef's Table Culinary Experience

July 16 - Chefs for Change with The Strip Club Meat & Fish

Chef JD Fratzke of The Strip Club Meat & Fish will visit People Serving People for the third year to prepare a meal of the ages. Get ready for the occasional double entendre and bring a note pad to jot down some insider's tips on how to select and prepare fine meats. And of course, enjoy those fine meats with delicious wine pairings and possibly some vegetables.
