At the Market this Saturday, you will find: green beans, strawberries, sour cherries, red currants, herbs, arugula, kale, Swiss chard, head lettuce varietals, spinach, kohlrabi, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, zucchini, summer squash, fresh mushrooms, black caps, baby bok choi, cilantro, mint, carrots, rhubarb, red and golden beets, cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, spring greens salad mix, spring onions, radishes, cucumbers, turnips, and more!

Mill City Cooks, 10 am:
Chef Nick Schneider will be grilling up fresh caught wild salmon from Wild Run Salmon and lamb from Braucher’s Sunshine Harvest Farm with two delicious marinades: Miso Maridade and Mint Charmoula!  Learn which meats and veggies these marinades pair best with and wow your next dinner guests!
