Instead, you will learn how YOU taste and perceive wine, and how an understanding of wine can be influenced to a great degree on the context in which you have it (including a discussion on food and wine pairings).

The core of the class is tasting through six wines while deciphering the key terms that wine professionals use to discuss wine. By learning these nine words and the way they are used in the wine world, you can then describe any wine from anywhere in the world, for the rest of your life!
