Gallery 427 presents: Face Value, The Dynamics of Portraiture Opening Reception at Northrup King Building

Five painters offer their unique interpretation of what painting a portrait means to them.

Each artist’s portrait work captures the essence of their subjects and reveals the personality of the subject as well as that of the creator.

For each, the process conveys the likeness and character of both, along with a depth of understanding the subject that intrigues and brings out the intrinsic beauty in each piece.

Artists Include:
  Michael Bellotti
  Ranielle Johnson
  Andrea Edstrom
  Darrell Hagan
  Roger Williamson

 Show runs through February 7, 2015.  http://www.gallery427.com
