Commitment Day

Join the Life Time community in committing to a healthier, happier life. Whether it’s yoga, cycle, studio, group training or a 5K, make your passion a priority — on New Year’s Day and all year long.

Bring the whole family to run, walk, jog or stroll in a Commitment Day 5K. Your ticket includes a t-shirt, race bib, medal and post-run brunch social. Registration is free for kids under 12 attending with a paid adult.
