This three-hour class includes time to prep, bake, and fill the cookies. Participants will learn about the history of the macaron and get baking and troubleshooting tips while enjoying plenty of macarons to snack on during class. Attendees will each take home their own homemade macarons. Ingredients and equipment are included.

Ages 12-17 may participate in the workshop if accompanied by an adult.
