Tonight:  THE SIOUX CHEF presents Aster Cafe River Room take over OWAMNI & THE BUFFALO SKY

Two night celebration of modern and traditional Native American

food. story. song. dance. art. love.

Limited seating  . $90/pp  . Tickets

Chef Sean Sherman, The Sioux Chef, will present a two night takeover of the Aster Cafe River Room in Minneapolis. Both nights will include Native American musicians, a storyteller, a poet, and will feature a five course plated meal and an indigenous food presentation by Chef Sean.

This will be a night of great food and delicious discoveries as Sean will be your guide to the specific indigenous flavor profiles that comprise this tantalizing menu. Those lucky enough to attend will also be amazed at the incredible styling and presentation of Sean’s food.

Each course has been exclusively selected and sourced from local providers, including many Native businesses that join Sean in driving the movement in modern Native American food culture today.

This evening is a collaboration of native spirits whose passion is evident in their words, their songs and their movements during this enchanted evening on the banks of the Owamni under the Buffalo Sky.

Participants will come away feeling a renewed and profound respect for Native American culture and the important role indigenous ancestral stewards played in the health and happiness of their people and the land they depended upon.

Sign up today, space is very limited.  This event is also running a second night, February 7.
