February 5, 2019, Tuesday - Public Hearing for Development Review of the 311 2nd Street SE Site

Location: City Hall, Room 317, 350 S 5th Street

February 5 is the 2nd public hearing for development review of the 311 2nd Street SE site - the General Mills Riverside Tech Center redevelopment.  

The developer is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness, required for development in the St. Anthony Falls Historic District. The staff report will be available on January 14.
