Our state has a rich history with beer starting with the first brewery opening in St. Paul in 1849. Explore the history of the local beer scene, the innovators and home brewers that spurred a new generation of brews and breweries, and the basics of brewing.

This project is funded with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
