Explore the issues of identity, citizenship and how we relate to others. Photographer Jila Nikpay will discuss her portrait project of immigrant youth. Moderator Marlina Gonzalez will lead a discussion with adolescents whose portraits are in the exhibit about their immigration journeys and the struggle for acceptance in America.
This project is funded with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund. Presented in collaboration with the MELSA (Metropolitan Library Service Agency).
