Everybody drinks more sparkling wine around the holidays.  Greeting guests for a dinner, popping a bottle on New Year's Eve, celebrating with family or just passing the day on a Saturday night or Sunday morning.  So why not come and learn about sparkling wines before you come upon these days.  We have secured the always dynamic and supremely informative Annette Peters to do a whole seminar on Champagne.  For the biggest wine nerd or the novice wine drinker this will be a great event to learn about Champagne and drink some fantastic examples.  Any time we can get Annette in front of a group of people to teach and spread her knowledge we think it is a can't miss event and this is no different.
