December 4, 2011, Sunday - Talk & Taste: Urban Gardens at Central Library

Time: 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Location: Central Library, Children's Library, 300 Nicollet Mall

A talk on urban gardens and soil contaminants at 3:00pm. will be followed at 3:45pm. by a food tasting featuring restaurants that source local ingredients. Then at 4:15pm, learn about the Student Organic Farm at the University of Minnesota.
