December 19, 2014, Friday - Jonah and the Whale: A New Musical Opens at Guthrie Theater

The Guthrie Theater presents a 7th House Theater production of Jonah and the Whale: A New Musical
 book by Tyler Mills

7th House will re-imagine one of the strangest, most familiar stories in the Old Testament in this original bluegrass/folk musical. Featuring thirteen local actors and a completely original score, Jonah and the Whale is an unforgettable story of faith, loss, and survival against unbeatable odds. Emily King and Tyler Michaels direct this epic, ensemble adventure in the Guthrie's Dowling Studio, overlooking the Mississippi River where much of the play unfolds.
