Time: Social hour at 5:00PM. Dinner served at 6:00PM

Location: ONE Fermentary & Taproom, 618 N 5th Street

Sunday Supper with Chef Yia Vang

Join us for the first of a very exciting series of suppers we’ll be hosting with our friend Yia Vang of Union Kitchen and Relish.
Chef Yia will be preparing an array of delicious food served in the Kamayan tradition. Kamayan dining is a communal-style Filipino feast that is traditionally served on a table covered in banana leaves and eaten with your hands (optional).

Chef Yia's spread will include Hmong sausage, tri-tip steak, whole fish, shrimp, BBQ pork, whole roasted chicken, sticky rice, noodles, roasted veggies, pickled cucumbers, fermented greens, and homemade hot sauces. Your ticket will also include one pint our house-made beers.

Gratuity included. Additional beer, wine, and cocktails available at regular menu price.
