December 11, 2019, Wednesday - Sake Tasting at Masu Sushi & Robata

Time: 6 PM – 8 PM

Location: Masu Sushi & Robata, 330 E Hennepin Ave

Sake Tasting

Our Sake Tasting includes five-courses of specialty sake paired with Izakaya, Robata, Noodles, and Sushi. Each sake has been specifically selected to accompany one of Masu's food menu items. Guests can learn about sake from a sake expert, as well as tips for pairing food with all types of sake!

Course 1:
Seaweed Salad and Spring Roll with Water Lily Mizbasho Ginjo
Course 2:
Mushroom and Pork Robata with Pure Grain Jumai (served warm)
Course 3:
Yakisoba with Blue Hue Honjozo
Course 4:
Nigiri and Sushi Roll with Blue River Junmai Ginjo
Course 5:
Panna Cotta with Sacred Mist Honjozo

Gluten-free options are available for each course (a substitution will be made for course 3). Please leave a note in the comments when you purchase your ticket if you need gluten-free options.

This is a $55 event. The $10 ticket (+ $0.91 in taxes & a $1.00 processing fee) reserves your spot. $45 (+ tax & gratuity) will be due the night of the event. Tickets can be purchased at masusushiandrobata.com/events
