Meeting Location: Davis Center, 1250 West Broadway Avenue (map)

Friends of Webster Elementary Meeting

Please join us from 4:30-4:45 when we will have social time with refreshments. Join us at that time if you can to just mingle and get to know each other. The meeting will then start at 4:45. Know that you are welcome to arrive at any time that works for your schedule.

Please note:  The meeting will be held at the district central office – Davis Center.  You will need to check in at the security desk and someone will meet you to direct you to the conference room.

Webster Elementary is opening August 2015 as a prekindergarten through second grade school. The school will add a grade each year, growing to a PreK-5 school. At Webster, all students and staff will construct knowledge, skills, and understanding through problem-solving, collaborative work, individual interests, and community partnerships. Students will be nurtured and challenged to be courageous, inquisitive, persistent, autonomous, caring, and self aware.

Webster is an opportunity for families in the newly created Downtown & Northeast Minneapolis attendance boundary 1G to build a strong community school.
