August 8, 2017, Tuesday - Live Show: Marvels of Motion Phantastic Physics at Central Library

Time: 2:00 PM – 2:45 PM

Location: Central Library, Cargill Hall, 300 Nicollet Mall

Live Show: Marvels of Motion Phantastic Physics

Have fun with physics as we create lightning indoors! See electricity at work as we float pie tins and make a pickle light bulb. Discover the power of a Tesla coil as it ignites a cannon. Then, 200,000 volts of electricity will be sent through one lucky volunteer for a truly hair-raising experience! Sponsor: Friends of the Hennepin County Library. Collaborator: Mad Science MN.
