Owen Metz, on behalf of Minneapolis Leased Housing Associates IV, Limited Partnership; Ben Heywood, on behalf of The Soap Factory; and Jim LaValle, on behalf of Doran Companies have submitted a Certificate of Appropriateness application for a coordinated site plan and treatment of the Great Northern Rail Corridor across the three applicant’s properties located at 301 Main Street SE, 100 3rd Avenue SE, 300 2nd Street SE, 400 2nd Street SE, 413 Main Street SE, 425 Main Street SE, 501 Main Street SE, and 110 5thAvenue SE, all located within the St. Anthony Falls Historic District. The application also includes new proposed alterations to the sites, modifications to previous approvals for the Pillsbury Artist Lofts (BZH #27213), and responds to conditions of approval for the Pillsbury Artist Lofts (BZH #27213) and Mill & Main (BZH #27050).
