Yoga Calm for Kids: Stretch into School!
School is just around the corner! Help your child ages 4-6 get ready for school by going on an imagination adventure with a special backpack. The backpack will be filled with supplies to help get your child ready for their first day. We will do calming poses, an imaginative story about school and open the special backpack.
Bring a yoga mat for this event.
Green Orchid Yoga was created by Theresa Tuma to help bring yoga to children and families. She is a licensed educator and currently teaches preschool. Theresa is a certified youth instructor through Yoga Calm. Green Orchid Yoga gets kids moving while using their imagination.
Complimentary valet parking is available in the Monte Carlo lot - enter on N 3rd St between Washington and N 2nd Street.
