Back again for 2019, Minneapolis residents will have the opportunity to explore their neighborhood streets at Open Streets Northeast!

Open Streets Northeast is a free event bringing together artists, community groups and local businesses to temporarily close parts of Central Ave NE, 22nd Ave NE, and Monroe St NE to car traffic, opening them up for people walking, biking, rolling, and playing.

More than a street festival, Open Streets Northeast brings together local businesses, families, and neighbors to bike, walk, socialize, play, enjoy art and live performances, and shop in their communities in a car-free environment.
