The season for Italian cuisine is here!  Stock up on the freshest tomatoes, zucchini, squash, garlic, eggplant, and even homemade pastas from Very Prairie or pizza dough from Sunrise Flour Mill.

At the Market today you will find: turnips, radishes, spinach, spring salad mixes, arugula, sweet onions, garlic, head lettuce, wild greens, carrots, beets, sorrel, fresh herbs, asparagus, kale, Swiss chard, collards, eggplant, heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, green beans, zucchini, cucumbers, cabbage, red potatoes, raspberries, blueberries, and sweet corn!

Mill City Cooks, 10:00am:
Chef Nick Schneider will be fixing up a Tomato Fennel Pasta Sauce sponsored by Nash Brothers Trading Co.
