Produce Planner: At the Market this Saturday, you will find: Somerset seedless grapes, Beacon apples, sweet corn, cantaloupe, muskmelon, blueberries, aronia berries, blackberries, raspberries, herbs, arugula, kale, Swiss chard, green beans, brussel sprouts, head lettuce varietals, spinach, kohlrabi, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, zucchini, summer squash, fresh mushrooms, baby bok choi, cilantro, mint, basil, carrots, rhubarb, red and golden beets, purslane, jalapeño peppers, green peppers, cherry tomatoes, slicing and heirloom tomatoes, Japanese eggplant, filet beans, spring greens salad mix, spring onions, cippolini onions, red and white onions,  garlic, radishes, cucumbers, pickling cucumbers, turnips, and more! 

Mill City Cooks, 10 am: 
Market Chef Heather Hartman (with intro by Dr. Greg Plotnikoff) will prepare two recipes: Cucumber Red Onion Salad in a Goat Yogurt Dressing topped with Kiss My Cabbage Sauerkraut, AND a Summer Melon Soup with Kombucha!
