From slow braised grass fed brisket to tender ricotta gnocchi, Chef Scott Pampuch of Corner Table brings local influences to the table and is sure to satisfy dinner guests in this special Chefs for Change dinner. Promoting sustainability and responsibility towards the land was the inspiration for his own restaurant Corner Table, which opened in 2004.
