A Reading to Raise Awareness - The Minneapolis & Suburban Host Home Programs of Avenues for Homeless Youth 

Avenues is bringing together a stellar line up of socially-minded writers and poets to raise awareness of the issues homeless youth face across the country. We want to build community, understanding, and galvanize support for youth experiencing homelessness.
