Location: Meet at the Purple Onion, 1301 University Avenue SE

University of Minnesota’s 2nd Annual “Healthy U Healthy You” Neighborhood Clean-Up!

On Earth Day, Saturday April 25th, Marcy-Holmes is taking time to clean up our riverfront. But on Sunday April 26th, we are cleaning up the rest of our neighborhood!

Marcy-Holmes Volunteers will meet at the Purple Onion at 11am. Supplies, including trash bags and gloves, are provided for participant use.

Immediately following the clean-up, volunteers are invited to the “Healthy U Healthy You Sustainability” Community Hour + Thank-You Grill-Out from 12:30 - 2 pm at Van Cleve Park. Enjoy free burgers, veggie burgers, information on sustainable living practices, fun activities and raffle prizes!

REMINDER: THIS EVENT IS THE DAY AFTER OUR EARTH DAY RIVER CLEAN UP
