Envision Spring 2017

Envision, one of the largest and most highly anticipated events celebrating fashion in the Twin Cities, will bring its Spring 2017 season to Machine Shop on Friday, April 21. Dubbed “best fashion show” by Star Tribune, Envision has been a bright light in the landscape of Minnesota fashion for over a decade. The event’s 21st season will showcase current collections from the area’s top designers including ACG, Cliché, Emily Trevor, Form Over Function, George Moskal, Idle Child, Kindred Folk, Kyra Deva, Reiner Vigoa and Sarah Furnae. Tricia Heuring of Public Functionary and John Mark, Arts Editor at Lavender Magazine and local dance choreographer,... return to co-host Envision Spring 2017. This season’s runway looks will be curated by stylist, Paige Frandsen, with hair by HAUS Salon and makeup led by Andrea Holton.

The intimate and industrial setting of new venue, Machine Shop, will bring Envision’s modern approach to runway production to life. Located in the heart of Minneapolis’ historic Saint Anthony district, this magical venue has been carefully restored, keeping the original 1916 architectural details intact while introducing contemporary luxury.

Consistent with Envision’s longstanding vision of supporting art and artists, a portion of the event proceeds and $1 of every pre-sale ticket will benefit Public Functionary, an organization that focuses on cultivating creative collaborations and social interaction around art and culture. The Public Functionary Satellite space will feature guest performances throughout the evening with details to be announced in the coming weeks.

Limited $25 GA, $60 VIP and $80 Front Row VIP tickets are available now. The VIP ticket includes seating with a swag bag, early entry (VIP doors open at 7 pm) and access to the VIP hour from 7-8pm, which will include complimentary food tastings from local restaurants along with special guest music performances. Tickets can be purchased at envisionmpls.com, or in person at Cliché, Ignite Models, Infinite Vapor (Uptown location only).

Following the show, join us for the official Envision Afterparty from 11pm - 2am. Details to come.
