Printed Handmade Kites

For families with children ages 6 and up

Decorate the sky with your own printed kite this summer. Learn the "pressure printing" technique and use MCBA's Vandercook printing presses to print your design on delicate Japanese Kozo paper. After the printing, construct your own kite using your printed paper, bamboo sticks, glue and thread. Take the kite home with you to fly!
